§ 109.704. Operator certification.
(a) Community and nontransient noncommunity water systems shall have personnel certified under the Water and Wastewater Systems Operators Certification Act (63 P.S. § § 10011015.1) and the regulations promulgated thereunder to operate and maintain a public water system.
(b) Transient noncommunity water systems shall have competent personnel qualified to operate and maintain the systems facilities.
