25 Pa. Code § 299.142. General requirements.

§ 299.142. General requirements.

 A person or municipality storing residual waste in a surface impoundment shall:

   (1)  Hold a valid permit from the Department for the storage under sections 308 and 402 and other applicable provisions of The Clean Streams Law (35 P. S. § §  691.308 and 691.402), Chapter 91 (relating to general provisions) and other applicable regulations promulgated thereunder, and shall comply with the permit.

   (2)  Comply with Chapter 105 (relating to dam safety and waterway management).
