URPETITION FOR REVIEW
§ 127.551. Petition for review by Bureau of UR determination.
If the provider under review, the employe, the employer or the insurer disagrees with the determination rendered by the URO, a request for review by the Bureau may be filed on a form prescribed by the Bureau as a petition for review of a UR determination.

Notes of Decisions Procedure
Parties who fail to file a petition for reconsideration from an initial UR determination are not able to challenge the effect of such determination before a Workers Compensation Judge. Florence Mining Co. v. Workmens Compensation Appeal Board (McGinnis), 691 A.2d 984 (Pa. Cmwlth. 1997).
