§ 65.93. Reductions in unemployment compensation.
Unemployment compensation otherwise payable to an individual with respect to any week shall be reduced by the amount of vacation pay which is in excess of the claimants partial benefit credit paid or payable to him with respect to all or any part of a vacation period included within that week. Thus, an employe is not rendered totally ineligible by the receipt of vacation pay, but only to the extent of the amount of vacation pay, which is in excess of his partial benefit credit, that he receives with respect to that period.
