§ 17.2. Functions of the Legislative Reference Bureau.

 Section 701 of the act (relating to official codification created) provides that it is the duty of the Bureau, subject to the policy supervisionand direction of the Joint Committee, to compile, edit and supplement or to contract through the Department for the compilation, editing and supplementation of the Code. The Bureau is also responsible for the editing and publication of the Bulletin under the policy supervision and direction of the Joint Committee.
