§ 22.73. Administrative actions and penalties.
(a) A person who is convicted of a violation of § 22.71 (relating to false or fraudulent claims by applicants and claimants) shall, upon notification by the Department, be terminated from the program.
(b) If the Department determines that a claimant misuses or abuses PACE benefits, the Department is authorized to restrict that claimant to a provider of the Departments choice.
(c) If the Department determines that a claimant has violated § 22.71, the Department will have the authority to suspend or terminate the claimants enrollment in the PACE Program.
(d) If the Department determines that a claimant has violated § 22.71, the Department may request the Attorney General to initiate appropriate proceedings against the claimant.
