§ 115.364. Field standards.

 (a)  The following field standards apply to tobacco:

 (b)  ‘‘Varietal mixtures’’ shall include only plants that can be identified with reasonable certainty as another variety.

 (c)  Plants adjacent to a diseased ring-spot plant shall be topped.
