§ 115.404. Seed standards.

 (a)  The following seed standards apply to soybeans:

Germination	No minimum	80% (min.)	80% (min.)

 (b)  Off-colored beans due to environmental factors may not be considered as varietal mixture.

 (c)  Seed may not contain prohibited or restricted noxious weed seeds.
