§ 205.203. Check on identity of a horse.
Where a question of a horses identity or eligibility arises, a racing official may request verifying information regarding the horses identity and eligibility from the horses owner, trainer, driver or other person having control of the horse. If the owner, trainer, driver or other person having control of the horse refuses or fails to provide the requested information that person may be subject to a penalty imposed by the Judges.
