§ 7.25. Milk for human or animal consumption from herds of cattle or goats quarantined because of brucellosis.

 (a)  Milk cannot be sold unless the herd has been retested following the provisions of §  7.23 (relating to quarantine period).

 (b)  Milk from brucellosis reactors cannot be sold or used for human or animal consumption.

 (c)  Milk from negative or suspicious animals in quarantined herds with known brucellosis infection shall be pasteurized prior to use for human or animal consumption.
