§ 7.61. Requirements for participation.

 A swine herd owner who requests to have his swine herd designated a validated brucellosis-free swine herd shall sign a cooperative agreement with the Department and have the herd tested at the owner’s expense in accordance with the USDA-APHIS approved validated brucellosis free swine herd plan.
