§ 354.23. Academic preparation.
(a) The preparing institution shall have a procedure to document that applicants for admission to initial and advanced preparation programs which culminate in a bachelors degree or higher have met the requirements for academic preparation and academic performance prior to admission into a professional education program.
(b) Academic preparation shall include the following:
(1) At least 6 semester hour credits (or the equivalent) in college level mathematics.
(2) At least 6 semester hour credits (or the equivalent) in college level English composition and literature.
