§ 73.185. Investigation procedure.
The Board staff will investigate a possible violation of the act or this chapter. The investigation will, at a minimum, include interviewing both the complainant and a representative of the school and collecting relevant documents. Upon completion of the investigation, recommendations will be made to the school. The schools response to the recommendations will be monitored. If the Board staff determines that a violation has occurred and it has not been satisfied or corrected, staff will prepare a written report of its findings for submission to the review and recommendation panel. After consideration of the report, the review and recommendation panel will direct the staff to take appropriate action resolving the complaint or initiating enforcement proceedings.
