§ 903.2. Definitions.

 The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

   Act—The Health Care Cost Containment Act (35 P. S. § §  449.1—449.19).

   Council—Health Care Cost Containment Council.
