§ 113.87. Return of unearned premiums.
An insurer is responsible for the return of unearned premium to the named insured within the time period required by the act. An insurer may authorize its agents to return unearned premium to the named insured. The insurer is responsible for the agents failure to return unearned premium to the named insured as required by the act.
