§ 73.117. Employment eligibility requirements.

 Plans of credit accident and health insurance as provided in §  73.107(a) (relating to accident and health insurance benefits) may provide for either:

   (1)  Any evidence of gainful employment requirement.

   (2)  No evidence of gainful employment requirement.
