§ 63.36a. Duration of relief from benefit charges and notice of changed circumstances.
(a) Subject to the requirements of § § 63.33 and 63.36 (relating to request for relief from benefit charges; and time limits for requesting relief from benefit charges), relief from benefit charges granted to an employer on the basis of a claimants separation from employment remains in effect until the claimant returns to work for the employer or until the end of the period for which relief is authorized under section 302(a) of the law (43 P. S. § 782(a)), whichever occurs first.
(b) An employer that is granted relief from benefit charges on the basis of a claimants separation from employment shall notify the Department within 15 days if the claimant returns to work for that employer. The employer shall include with the notification the claimants name and Social Security number, the employers name and account number and the date when reemployment commenced.
(c) An employer that is granted relief from benefit charges on the basis of continuing, part-time work shall notify the Department within 15 days if the employment situation of the claimant changes. The employer shall include with the notification the claimants name and Social Security number and the employers name and account number.
