§ 7.133. Limitations.

 The following may not be exceeded:

   (1)  The inside area of car shall be 12 square feet or less.

   (2)  The speed with load shall be 50 feet or less per minute.

   (3)  The contract load shall be 700 pounds or less.

   (4)  The operation shall be only be means of key-operated pushbuttons.
