§ 171.4. Filing papers.

 (a)  Unless otherwise directed, all papers shall be sent to:

   #3 Riverside Office Center, Suite K

   2101 North Front Street

   Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110

 (b)  Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code §  31.5 (relating to communications and filings generally).
