§ 81.263. Nature of hearings.
Hearings will be public. The hearings are audio-recorded by the Board to preserve a record of the proceedings for use by the Board. Other recordings, including photographs, motion pictures, video recordings and audio recordings are prohibited, unless 24 hours prior notice is given to the Boards Secretary.
