CONDUCT OF HEARINGS AND COMMUNICATIONS
§ 81.291. Call of calendar.
Applications will be called in the order of their listing on the calendar unless the Board directs otherwise. If there is no answer when a case is called, it will be passed temporarily and then called at the end of the list. If there is no answer when it is called subsequently, it will not be heard at that session. The application may be relisted for the next possible session if the applicant or the applicants representative contacts the Secretary and requests a relisting.
