§ 7.14. Visitors.
The Commandant has the authority to bar a nonresident visitor from the home when the Commandant has reason to believe the visitor is a risk to the health, safety and welfare of the residents. The Commandants right to bar certain visitors prevails over the right of a resident to receive a visitor.
