§ 13.35. Application for approval as a resident intern.
The application for approval as a resident intern shall be accompanied by the certificate of mortuary education, a preprofessional certificate, and a copy of the preceptorial agreement which has been executed by the applicants proposed preceptor. If the Board finds that the forms do not contain the necessary and proper information, the Board may schedule an informal conference to be attended by the applicant and the applicants prospective preceptor. This conference will provide the opportunity for the applicant to furnish the information required to expedite the approval process.
