STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL APPRAISAL PRACTICE
§ 36.51. Compliance with USPAP.
A certified real estate appraiser or licensed appraiser trainee shall perform an appraisal assignment in accordance with USPAP. A certified real estate appraiser or licensed appraiser trainee who violates one or more provisions of USPAP shall be subject to disciplinary action under the act.
