§ 30.77. Fines for violations.

 Fines for violations of this subchapter range from $50 to $1,000 per violation.

   The provisions of this §  30.77 issued under the Public Utility Code, 66 Pa.C.S. § §  501, 2404(a), 2409 and 2412.
