§ 107.2. Definitions.

 The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

   Handicapped person—A person who has a physical or mental impairment which substantially limits one or more major life activities, has a record of an impairment or is regarded as having an impairment.
