§ 109.2. Definitions.

 The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

   Exception—A finding by an auditor of an action or process which is not in accord with the rules and regulations of the Department. It may be a discrepancy of either omission or commission.
