§ 11.85. Payment of bills.
Payment of bills for client insurance premiums, union dues, noninstitutional medical expenses, and all other personal needs may be made if in the clients best interest, and if the client has sufficient monies in his account. If the request for payment is greater than the balance in the clients account, a payment plan may be established in accordance with the clients monthly benefits and the clients needs.
