§ 1155.36. Covered services.

 The Department will pay for the following IBHS when the services are medically necessary:

   (1)  Individual services, which include:

     (i)   Behavior consultation services.

     (ii)   Mobile therapy services.

     (iii)   Behavioral health technician services.

   (2)  ABA services, which include:

     (i)   Behavior analytic services.

     (ii)   Behavior consultation—ABA services.

     (iii)   Assistant behavior consultation—ABA services.

     (iv)   Behavioral health technician—ABA services.

   (3)  Group services.

   (4)  EBT delivered through individual services, ABA services or group services.

   (5)  Services approved through the program exception process under §  1150.63 (relating to waivers).
