§ 141.62. Definitions.
The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
College or universityAn institution of higher learning that has been approved by the Secretary of Education and which offers a post-secondary program of education leading to the award of a degree, such as Associate or Bachelor. College includes Junior Colleges and Community Colleges, and the like, offering a 2-year educational program as well as colleges offering a 4-year program.
Full-time studentA student who has a school schedule equal to a full-time curriculum for the program being pursued as defined by a college or university.
Natural disasterA natural event such as flood, tornado or earthquake, or the like, causing major loss of personal resources.
