§ 178.78. Uniform Gifts to Minors Act.

A gift made to a person under 21 years of age under 20 Pa.C.S. § § 5301—5310 (relating to Pennsylvania Uniform Gifts to Minors Act) is excluded as a resource until the person attains 21 years of age.
