§ 3042.19. Subsidy continuation.
(a) A familys eligibility and payment for subsidized child care continues during a break in or following the loss of work, education or training for the remainder of the childs current 12-month eligibility period.
(b) A childs eligibility and payment for subsidized child care continues for the remainder of the childs current 12-month eligibility period when there is a change in the childs primary parent or caretaker. The substitute caretaker must meet only the requirement that the familys annual income does not exceed 85% of the SMI.
(c) Subsidized child care will continue at the same level until the familys next scheduled annual redetermination, unless one of the following situations occurs:
(1) The familys income exceeds 85% of the SMI.
(2) The provisions specified in § 3042.22 (relating to subsidy termination) apply.
(3) The provisions specified in § 3042.86 (relating to change reporting and processing) apply.
