§ 3680.12. Approvals by other public agencies.

 The legal entity shall ensure that facilities and foster homes which it approves or operates comply with applicable fire, safety and building requirements of the Department of Labor and Industry and local authorities located in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Scranton.

   The provisions of this §  3680.12 amended under Articles II, VII, IX and X of the Public Welfare Code (62 P. S. § §  201—211, 701—774, 901—922 and 1001—1080).
