§ 6000.622. Procedures.
A county should formulate a separate procedures statement that utilizes its quality enhancement policy. Procedures should ensure that the process is consumer-centered. Procedures should address the methods the county will use to determine whether programs are having a positive effect on peoples lives. At a minimum, these methods should address consumer growth and development and consumer satisfaction. These procedures should contain the following:
(1) Methods for conducting annual self-assessments that measure individual consumer concern including growth, development and satisfaction.
(2) Methods for conducting an annual self-assessment that measures the availability of services in the county system as a whole. This includes addressing not only the availability of existing services but the need for additional services.
(3) Methods for contract monitoring to assure that quality enhancement provisions are being met.
