§ 6000.981. Support to quality management.
The incident management policy described in this subchapter is designed to support provider/entity, county and OMR quality management and risk management structures and practices. As a part of OMRs quality initiatives, the incident management policy is a key component of the OMR Quality Framework and is integral to maintaining OMRs assurance to the Federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services that the health and safety of individuals receiving services will be protected.
