§ 105.74. Required equipment.
(a) Stopwatch testing stations appointed to test mechanical stopwatches shall have at least one Watch Master, vibrograf MU 700, or similar device.
(b) Stopwatch testing stations appointed to test electronic stopwatches shall have at least one digital counter of at least 1 part in 106 accuracy or vibrograf models MU700 or M80. The counter accuracy shall be traceable to the National Bureau of Standards.
