§ 177.305. Failure to produce proof of correction of on-road emission test failure.
If the owner of a subject vehicle fails to produce, within 30 days following notice of the failure of an on-road test, evidence that the vehicle has passed an emission inspection or evidence that the vehicle has a valid emissions inspection test waiver, the Department will recall the vehicles registration. The vehicle may not be driven on the roads of this Commonwealth except as permitted under section 4703(b)(11) of the Vehicle Code (relating to operation of vehicle without official certificate of inspection).
