§ 13.55. Type of bill.

 The three spaces at the bottom of the card designated ‘‘Amendment,’’ ‘‘Supplement,’’ and ‘‘New’’ are used to indicate whether the bill is an amendment to existing law, a supplement to existing law, or a new bill having no direct reference to existing law. An ‘‘X’’ is placed under the appropriate heading.
