AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 25 (D00031)
 Amend Resolution, page 1, by inserting between Printer’s No. lines 10 and 11

       WHEREAS, At this point a ferry was operated from the close of the eighteenth century until the Civil War.

 Amend Second whereas clause, page 1, lines 20 and 21, by striking out ‘‘Alexander Holman conducted a ferry across’’ in line 20, all of line 21 and inserting

       the ferry was a link in the Waterford trail from

       Centre County, over which were transported supplies

       and building materials for the construction of

       Commander Perry’s victorious fleet on Lake Erie.

 Amend Second Resolve Clause, page 2, line 10, by striking out ‘‘Department of Highways’’ and inserting

       Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission
