§ 27.94. Subchapter with existing subchapters.

AN ACT

  Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, adding additional offenses relating to trade and commerce; and making repeals.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 73 of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subchapter to read:
CHAPTER 73 TRADE AND COMMERCE * * * SUBCHAPTER C MISCELLANEOUS OFFENSES
   Sec.
   7341.    Scope of subchapter.
