§ 5.2. Scope of subpart.

 (a)  General.—This subpart summarizes the functions and procedures of the General Assembly relating to the enactment of laws, the passage of proposed amendments to the Constitution of Pennsylvania and the consideration and adoption of resolutions, motions and citations.

 (b)  Legislative rules and actions.—This subpart does not apply to the extent that it is inconsistent with the rules adopted by either house of the General Assembly or to the extent that either house of the General Assembly takes action inconsistent with this Subpart.
