AMENDMENT OR WITHDRAWAL OF PLEADINGS


§ 89.31. Amendments of pleadings.

 No amendment of any petition for discipline or other pleading may be made except on leave granted by the Board Chair or the hearing committee or special master before which the matter is then pending.
