Rule 2.12. Supervisory Duties.
A magisterial district judge should require court staff, court officials, and others subject to the magisterial district judges direction and control to act in a manner consistent with the judges obligations under these Conduct Rules.
Comment: A magisterial district judge may not direct court personnel to engage in conduct on the magisterial district judges behalf or as the magisterial district judges representative when such conduct would violate the Conduct Rules if undertaken by the magisterial district judge.
