Rule 14.0. Admendments.

 These Regulations may be amended by a majority of the Board after giving at least 30 days advance written notice of proposed changes to each Member.

   14.1. Court Approval.

 Under Rule 104(d)(3), Regulations are subject to approval by the Supreme Court. Any amendment shall take effect immediately upon approval by the Supreme Court or as otherwise ordered by the Supreme Court.

   14.2. Pending Amendments.

 Until the Court approves a proposed amendment, the Regulations as last adopted and approved shall remain in effect.
