Rule 3555. Final Reports.
At the expiration of the order, extensions, or renewals, the Applicant must submit a final report consisting of a complete written list of names of persons intercepted (if known), and evidence of offenses discovered, including those offenses not set forth in the application or order. Where communications relating to offenses other than those specified in the application or order are intercepted, the contents of those communications and any evidence derived therefrom must be included in the final report. In addition to the final report, the Applicant shall, as quickly as practical upon the expiration of the order, extensions, or renewals, submit all monitors records and recordings to the Issuing Judge for sealing.
