§ 1057.2. Certification required.
(a) Only a limousine driver as defined under § 1001.10 (relating to definitions) may provide limousine service.
(b) A limousine driver shall carry and display an original limousine drivers certificate on the sun visor of the limousine on the drivers side with the front of the certificate (picture) facing the rear seat at all times or in the center of the front compartment of the vehicle so long as it is plainly visible to all passengers in the vehicle.
(c) A limousine driver may not drive a limousine with a mutilated, damaged or illegible limousine drivers certificate.
(d) Only one limousine drivers certificate at a time may be displayed in a limousine.
(e) A limousine drivers certificate is not transferable.
