Notes of Decisions

   (Applies to §  138.9). The Agricultural Land Preservation Board’s decision creating an agricultural security area was set aside where the Board failed to provide an adjoining landowner with notice and, therefore, an opportunity to be heard on the proposed purchase of an agricultural conservation easement. Lenzi v. Agricultural Land Preservation Board, 602 A.2d 396, 398 (Pa. Commw. 1992); appeal denied 616 A.2d 986 (Pa. 1998).
