§ 15.5. Collection of blood samples.

 Blood samples of breeding flocks shall be collected by any of the following under the supervision of the Bureau:

   (1)  An accredited veterinarian.

   (2)  A licensed poultry technician.

   (3)  An agent of the Bureau or APHIS-USDA.
