EQUINE INFECTIOUS ANEMIA


§ 3.102. Dangerous transmissible disease.

 Equine infectious anemia, commonly known as ‘‘swamp fever,’’ and caused by a virus which is infectious in nature, is hereby considered by the Department to be a dangerous transmissible disease.
