§ 5.62. Recordkeeping.
Owners and operators of animal markets and livestock dealers shall maintain for 2 years accurate records of swine transactions. The records may be examined during normal business hours by the Department. Records of sales shall include identification, type and number of swine bought, sold or handled and the complete name and address of the buyer and seller.
